Thursday Evening ~ Views From Our Porch

We are so blessed . . .

front row seats on the best show in town:)

They raked the hay this afternoon 

and now they are baling it.

 Farmers these days have A/C 

in their tractors and CD players. 

What would our grandfathers think about that?

 There were two tractors baling this field.

We took our dinner plates out to the porch

and had a picnic while watching the show:)

Before I say good night . . .

I have to show you the delphinium 

that I bought when I was in Oregon last month.

I was so afraid that it was going to be yellow . . .

because the buds looked yellow.

I've got nothing against yellow . . .I love it,

but I purchased blue.

Isn't it pretty :)

I looked out and they where already baling!

There is no moss growing under this farmers feet, LOL.

I love how the setting sun was lighting the bales.
