Why do we need a holiday to give
Thanks to Our Lord?
We have so very much to be grateful for
all we have to do is look around us.

Amen Connie! I try to give thanks daily but I know I don't do it enough. He gives me everything. He loves me and He loves everyone on earth. I'm so grateful that we do have a day dedicated for Thankgiving to remind us all. Your post is so beautiful. Dennis would love a piece of that pie! :-)

ReplyDeleteLove your pictures, and yes, Thanksgiving is a special time, and we need to take the time to celebrate it...and be thankful for all God has done for us. I know I am thankful every day, but I think it is important to come together before the Christmas season begins and just pause and give glory to God for the great things He has done. We are blessed as a nation and I do not take that for granted. Hope you have a blessed and beautiful Thanksgiving day.
