Rag Bangles

I made these Rag Bangles -Fabric Bracelets this morning,
to wear on Thanksgiving.
(please check-out the bracelets and not the liver spots, LOL
I have not decided whether I am wearing jeans
or a denim dress that day,
but either way these make the perfect accessory.

This is not my idea,
but the idea of my dear sweet blogging sister, Kay.
If you do not follow Kay, I suggest that you pay her a visit,
505whimsygirl
she is a very crafty and adventurous lady
and has a wonderful site.
Kay describes herself as,
a happy go lucky girl living in the Land of Enchantment".

For those of you that don't know,
The Land of Enchantment is the motto for New Mexico.

Kay has put together a tutorial for making these pretty homespun bracelets.
Here is the link.

  3. Hi Connie,

Well aren't you sweet! I hope you enjoyed making them -- they look great! I usually am in denim too; isn't it nice to be "casual." Those aren't liver spots -- they are huge freckles!!! ;-)

    Hugs,
    Kay

  6. Pretty! They seem so country and remind me of flour sack dresses. I think they'd look great with jeans or a denim dress!
