Farmer's Markets, Something I Miss In The Winter.

After visiting our daughter and granddaughters, last week
~~~~~~~***~~~~~~~
(Lucy loved her doll)
we stopped at the farmer's market on out way out of town.
Summer is almost over
and we'll be saying good bye
to all our wonderful farmer's markets
until next year.
Of course if you live where it is always warm
you are blessed to enjoy these open markets all year.
For us it's soon to be a lovely memory
and something to look forward to next summer.
Life is good . . .enjoy each season.
Your blogging sister,
Connie :)
P.S.  What is something you miss, in the cold winter months?
  1. Connie, you took the words right out of my mouth. I was just telling my friends that I can deal with winter, but that I will miss getting my Farm Shares and being able to pick herbs from our garden when cooking. Glad Lucy loved her doll! Have a wonderful weekend. xo
    1. Hi Debbie, I will miss the market days and fresh vegetables and fruit, especially watermelon. I am trying to get my fill of watermelon before the season ends, LOL. Right now I am enjoying the cooler temps. It has been in the 70's here all week and so very pleasant. Well, this morning I'm off to do some yard sales :) Wish me luck!
      Thanks for stopping by . . . I truly enjoy your company :)
  2. I love the farmer's markets also! Your photographs are mouth watering, and I think I would have to buy at least a dozen of those bread/cake loaves!!! Thanks for sharing, I hope you are enjoying the fall weather. Still hot down here in Florida!
    1. Hi Lana, thanks for popping in to visit. Ever since our storm last Sunday, our weather has been in the low and mid 70's. It is a nice change from our high 90's. I actually went to town this morning and ended up borrowing a sweatshirt from my nephew :)
