Spring garden chores

Hauling earth

from behind the barn

to the garden beds.

Spreading

it in the beds.

Adding succulents

to my stepping stones.

Hanging little mason jar

lights to the trellis

on the front porch.

Evening on the porch:)

As you can see

the work never ends

around here.

👓👓👓👓👓

Monday I am going in

for an eye surgery.

It should be minor,

but they made me sign this

form with all the things

that could go wrong.

I would greatly

appreciate your prayers.

👓👓😎👓👓

God bless you all!

Have a sweet week,

Your blogging sister

Connie :)

  3. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you undergo eye surgery. I know, the disclaimers are sometimes daunting. But the Lord is with you and He will take care of you. I love your little jar lights. Your porch looks very welcoming and cozy! OH, and the succulents amongst the stepping stones...what a cute and colorful idea! The dirt spreading in the garden beds...looks like hard work but you are doing it the smart way. I'm sure you will have a wonderful garden! Take care and don't overdo it next week! Things can wait until you are totally well from your eye surgery! (((hugs)))

  9. I will be praying for you during your eye surgery next Monday! I pray for the doctor too, that he has strong and sure hands. I see all the work you've been doing (as usual) and after the surgery, you will HAVE to rest I'm sure! It would be nice for your to have a few days off! Hugs coming your way... Marilyn

    1. I wish that I had your email, or that you come back and read this. Yesterday was my surgery and I woke up this morning to amazing clear sight. My site hasn't been this clear since I was a young woman.
