Happy 4th of July,
or
Happy Birthday,
United State of America
( 237 years old today )
I love this old vintage poster,
I found it on Free Digital Vintage Stamps,
if you have never visited this blog,

This is one of my favorite holidays.
I associate it not just with freedom,
but with picnics, fireworks, family and friends.
It's a time when all of the residents of our wonderful nation come together to remember the price of freedom and the shared love we have for America The Beautiful:)
If you're a citizen of the USA be sure and wave your flag proudly,
and remember those who are defending our country in your prayers,
they are the reason for our freedom.

Hi Connie,
ReplyDeleteHappy Independence Day to you! The town where I grew up always had wonderful activities going on for July 4. A parade in the center of town, airplanes doing stunts at the small local airport, the usual booths of food and the fireworks. Such fun memories of childhood.
Hugs,
Kay
