Having fun at the sewing machine.
After mounting this quilt
and placing it on the mantle
I decided to make some coasters
to scatter around the living room.

I have been looking for

I'm a happy girl!
It's okay to call me crazy,
I have three projects
that I'm working on
and ready to start a 4th.
I just can't seem to figure out
what I want to do
with any of them
to make a finished piece.
Hopefully taking time to think
about it will bring me
to a conclusion.
I do hope you're all
having a wonderful day
and that you're not
as scatterbrained as I am.
Grace be with you all.

I purchased diamonds
from Amazon
for my Valentine's present
to myself :)
No, there are not earrings . . .
They are cabinet knobs LOL.
Here are my dressers finished
A little paint
(that I already had)
and the new knobs.
If you are interested in these pull
handles, go to Amazon and type in

Another thing that I did in the bedroom
was add these dollies to the windows.
All that I did was iron them
with spray starch and then I took
a children's glue stick and glued them
to the window.
The glue is washable, so removing
should be a snap.
I forgot to add these two photos
to my last post.
I have a footstool in front of the
sofa, so I use this tray for a place to
set a "cup-a" when I have company.
I thought that putting this quilt
on the sofa would be in keeping with
my February theme.
I hope that you enjoyed
the little tour and that it
will inspire you . . .
Spring is almost here and we'll be
sending so much time outside
that we won't have the time to tweek the house
like we do now . . . Have Fun!
God Bless You All

Last Thursday was the
December meeting of our
Quilting Group.
I had made these
Mug Rugs & Pincushions
as gifts . . .
but couldn't post before giving :)
Here are the pincushions . . .
I had so much fun making these.
The following photos are them
paired with their Mug Rug :)
Hope you enjoyed . . .

Hello Sweet Friends . . .
Today's post is mostly photos.
My followers know that
I live on a pretty tight budget,
but I like to live well.
Therefore; for my Christmas gifts
this year I have started
by going through my scrap pile.
Who can't use a little "Mug Rug?"
Larger than a coaster,
Smaller than a place mat . . .
just the right size for a
cup and a treat :)
I've made a pile of them . . .
and I'm still sewing.
Have fun looking them over,
I hope you get inspired.
I hope you enjoyed the
little "Mug Rug" tour . . .
Wishing you & yours . . .
A warm & cozy Christmas :)
