Hello everyone . . .
I have been away for a week
in Northeast Oregon.
The trip was wonderful,
but it is always great to be back home:)
Here's a selfie for you . . .
Guess who?
That is me and Nancy from,
A Joyful Cottage
This was the first time that I have met one
of my sister bloggers in person.
It was exciting and Nancy is a pure delight.
If you don't follower her terrific blog,
you're missing out.
This is a photo of the cottage
that Nancy's husband Dennis designed
and is building for them.
Dennis is an architect and artist.
You can see his work here:
Following are a few random photos from my trip.
We all love seeing gorgeous homes.
How would you like to live here?
Elgin, Oregon.
5 bed, 1.5 bath on a 1/2 acre lot.
$180,000
Or if you would like a shop or art studio,
How about this?
In Wallowa, Oregon.
I have a thing for cabooses.
I even met a man, years ago in college,
that he and his wife along with their baby daughter lived in one.
They turned the top section into a bedroom for her.
This one could use some TLC,
but I love it anyway:)
I had a wonderful trip . . .
But it sure felt good sleeping in my own bed
last night :)
There Is No Place Like Home.
I missed my sweet Steve's hugs, too:)
I was gone eight days
and that is the longest we have ever
been a part.
Have a great day!
I'll be out mowing and playing in the yard today,
but I'll be catching up on blog visiting
after that:)
Your blogging sister,
Connie :)
