New Dish Towels

What woman doesn't like new dish towels?

Here are ten new ones that I made for spring.

I'm in love with Hexies :)

I'm in love with Red-Work, too.

These will make dish washing fun again :)

 Coffee anyone?

Well, This is what I've been doing,
this and working on my hexie quilt.

All is well in my world
and
I hope that all is well in yours :)

Have a wonderful day
and please leave a comment
if you have the time.

  2. I LOVE these Connie. Your red embroidery work is beautiful. I must admit to having a tea towel fettish (I have a whole shelf full in my linen close)t. They brighten up a kitchen. We had hearts until last week and now we have different variations of polka dots.

    1. Hi Cindy, isn't it wonderful to have little dishwashers around the house:) I love hearing that children are given chores. I really believe that families that work together to help one another with the responsibilities of running a home and keeping it nice, have closer bonds. Not, only to family but it teaches them about community and giving as well. Your a good Mom :)

  22. These are all beautiful, but I particularly like the chicken ones. I have a thing about bathroom towels and tea-towels (our word for dish towels), I am always falling in lovely with pretty, colourful ones and have to seriously stop buying them. I think I have about a dozen different bath towels just for the two of us! xxx

  24. Well aren't we the pair....you're making dish towels and really very nice ones and I am crocheting dish cloths. I just started doing it. It's been pretty relaxing while watching the olympics....may just continue this. Thinking of putting a few cloths in my Etsy store....but that will be down the road a piece. I need to stock up my drawer with dish cloths first. Cheaper to make my own then to buy them now. Have a great day. I should pull out my hex punches and make a few cards....you would like them for sure. Have a great day and weekend.

  32. Hi Connie x your tea towels look absolutely fabulous. The best tea towels I ever bought were American. I used to buy loafs when on holiday in Florida when my son was a huge Disney fan.
