Thank You

I want to wake-up in the morning where
the morning glories grow.

And the sun comes peeking
into where I'm sleeping,
and the song birds say "Hell-o"
>>>***<<<
That was the way my birthday started
and lasted, all through the day.
>>>***<<<
I want to thank all of you that sent
Birthday Wishes,
you touched my heart.
>>>***<<<
>>>***<<<
My day was filled with cards . . .
 >>>***<<<
>>>***<<<
and phone calls from friends and family.
>>>***<<<
>>>***<<<
Look at these amazing hand embroidered
dish towels,
that my friend Shirley made for me.
 >>>***<<<
Not only is the front embroidered,
but the back as well.
 >>>***<<<
She does beautiful work
and she has a heart as big as Texas.
 >>>***<<<
If that was not enough . . .
this apron was also in the package.
>>>***<<<
Love it!
 >>>***<<<
My Sweetie Pie of a husband gave me
this card and gift certificate.
>>>***<<<
He knows where I like to shop :)

When I wasn't talking with friends and family
 or reading cards . . .
I was out here enjoying my Art Barn.

From start to finish,
>>>***<<<
It was the perfect day,
>>>***<<<
To turn seventy :)
>>>***<<<

Keep Smiling!
Your blogging sister,
Connie :)

  4. Oh, can I be one who sends a late Happy Birthday!! So sorry I missed yesterday's post. This means you are a Virgo...me too! The gifts you got are lovely and that apron! Oh my goodness! What a special husband you have! Your pictures are simply beautiful. Next year I want to grow a morning glory. It's funny how I can not grow morning glories. I planted a packet of seeds this summer and not even one came up?? Have another happy day today!

    1. I have had trouble growing them in the past, but they say, if you ever get a good crop of them growing you will have them forever. I kind of like that idea :)
Thanks so much for your sweet birthday wishes.
