I've been making paper hearts,
and sewing up some
heart shaped coasters
to decorate the house for February π

πThank you Diana!π
As well as hanging these
little hearts in the kitchen
that I made last year.
And a few
others around
the house.

That's the total
for my decorations.
Just a little bit . . .
to sweeten up the house.
Happy Valentine's Day!
πSpread a little loveπ

I LOVE your beautiful, yet simple heart banner and coasters, as well as the little hearts hanging in your kitchen. They are all so sweet and just the right touch!! Happy Valentine's Day week to you! Yes, let's "spread a little love" all around us. Amen.
ReplyDeleteThe world truly does need more love ♥️
DeleteIt's looking very cute! I really like those little paper hearts!
ReplyDeleteMe too, and they took about only 15 minutes to make ♥️
DeleteLove all your hearts! I still hang up your red and white heart banner every year. I LOVE it! :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's so sweet, thank you.
DeleteAll of your hearts are lovely!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks! This world could use a good dose of real love.
DeleteI think all of your hearts are pretty but I especially like the ones hanging from the cupboard handles. Right where you see them all the time. I've put a few things out, not much so far πππππ
ReplyDeleteI don't do much, but I do like to do a little with the changes of holidays and seasons . . . It's fun π
DeleteIt don't do much but I do enjoy doing a little as the holidays and seasons change. It's fun! π₯°

ReplyDeleteI wish that I was bilingual, all I can see here that I know is your home. I'm sure it's sweet and thank you. ☺️
DeleteI love your coasters and all your other decorations. I didn't put any of my Valentines stuff out this year.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ann. I'm doing less and less every year. ♥️
DeleteYour hearts are in the right place, Connie♥ Thanks for the inspiration and love!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you.
DeleteThank you, Connie, for the reminder to take time out to celebrate and add a bit of love to your home. I needed to be reminded!
ReplyDeleteYou're going through a hard time right now and I understand how you just don't feel like celebrating. Sometimes we have to make ourselves do things just to get back on the track of living life. God bless you dear friend.
DeleteI love your decor!
ReplyDeleteThank you π
DeleteMy heart belongs to Jesus, too. I do like your little hearts!
ReplyDeleteVisiting from Cottage Cozy blog!

Hi Laura, it's always good to have you visit. Thanks for your kind comment.
Deletecute decorations, like your mug rug and the banner is too cute too, I need to get my decorations out, now that our snow is melting I can take down my snowman collection!
ReplyDeleteIt won't be long until Spring πΌ In fact I noticed that my tulips are starting to pop through the ground. Yep time to pack up those snowmen. π♥️
DeleteHi Connie! I'm really late in getting online tonight. Just watched the Super Bowl! GO Hawks! So happy for all of my football fan friends in Washington tonight. I'm not much of a sports fanatic but it's fun to see them win anyway. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love all of the hearts around your home. Especially the sweet little coasters.
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy
I'm sure there are many happy super bowl parties going on tonight in our state. I'm not a football fan either.
DeleteThank you for your sweet comment ♥️
I like your sweet decorations - especially the book page hearts. Valentine's is not a trigger for me, but even so, I will probably not mark the day as I will be at work! But I may make myself a nice dinner, and I'm thinking about adding a charm to my charm bracelet. (:
ReplyDeleteI've always thought that charm bracelets were so much fun. Thanks for your sweet comment and have a lovely week π
DeleteCute cute. I like the heart with a contrasting color in the center. I love your decorations. You 100% more up that I do.. Have an awesome week
ReplyDeleteHi Carla, thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. I love reading them and appreciate your thoughts.
DeleteHi Connie.. I LOVE all your sweet hearts all over your house! The paper ones are darling! Your sewn teacup mats are darling and I love the size of them. You always work your magic with fabric! I keep forgetting the Val Day is this weekend and not alreadyy done with! I did send cards to my 2 sisters and son, that's it. Not much in the mood for it this year for some reason. No house decorations except one patchwork heart I bought at a bazaar somewhere! It WAS fun making the cards, always nice to have a reason to make a pretty card. I saw a gal on YouTube doing watercolors of a heart. I may try that as I've always wanted to learn how to do watercoloring and then line draw around the "blob" that you made! That's what she did! Made a blog of various colors that somewhat looked like a heart, then drew around it with her black Micron pen. Was really pretty! Always something new to want to learn! Hope you are having a lovely week! xoxo Marilyn
