Look what I discovered.
I couldn't see in the nest
because I'm a shorty,
but I held my phone up
over my head and
took this photo.
Do you see the nest,
this robin built it on top of
the birdhouse.
I guess she wanted a penthouse :)
This chandelier is one I made for the
back porch of our old house.
I glued tea cups and saucers
and
then had battery tea lights inside.
This is what it looked like
when I bought it at
a thrift store for $10
After removing what I didn't want . . .
I painted it white.
It's been out in
the shed for years now
&
some of the tea cups had broken
so I decided to make it over
for my front porch.
I purchased these at
the Dollar Tree.
solar fairy lights
on Amazon.
I just used one strand.
each (whatever you call them)
on the chandelier
and down the center pole.
When my little flower pots
where all stuffed
and hot glued
I added them to the
fixture.
Here's the best
night photo that
I could get with my phone.

I hope that this inspires
at lease one of you
to try repurposing
something.
It's so much fun!

God bless you all.
