Diamonds From Amazon

I purchased diamonds

from Amazon

for my Valentine's present

to myself :)

No, there are not earrings  . . .

They are cabinet knobs LOL.

Here are my dressers finished

A little paint

(that I already had)

and the new knobs.

If you are interested in these pull

handles, go to Amazon and type in

this information ↓

Another thing that I did in the bedroom

was add these dollies to the windows.

All that I did was iron them

with spray starch and then I took

a children's glue stick and glued them

to the window.

The glue is washable, so removing

should be a snap.

I forgot to add these two photos

to my last post.

I have a footstool in front of the

sofa, so I use this tray for a place to

set a "cup-a" when I have company.

I thought that putting this quilt

on the sofa would be in keeping with

my February theme.

I hope that you enjoyed

the little tour and that it

will inspire you . . .

Spring is almost here and we'll be

sending so much time outside

that we won't have the time to tweek the house

like we do now . . . Have Fun!

God Bless You All

Your blogging sister,

Connie :)

  1. Oh Connie, I love the diamond drawer knobs AND the way you finished your dressers. You are an amazing lady with so much talent. I just love how bright and happy it is. The doilies too. I would have never thought of that. Your entire home is so happy and cheerful. The tray and quilt look great together and although you didn't show your kitchen, I love it too. :-) I hope you're having a blessed day. Did you get the snow that Spokane did today? I know our friends are tired of it. We're moving Mom tomorrow and of course it's predicted to be the coldest day that we've had for several weeks. All will be well though, and God will be with us. I'm excited for her to be there. I think it will be a great place to live.
    Blessings and love,
    Betsy

    1. Hi Betsy, we did get snow, but just a whisper. Tomorrow is suppose to get up to 44 with sunshine so it should melt away :). I'm ready for Spring 🌱
Thank you for your lovely compliments on my home. I do enjoy making things for it and finding budget friendly ideas for decorating.

    1. I love glass door knobs, but they're not in my poor woman's budget. If they were I'd be changing my door knobs too :)

  12. The drawer pulls are so pretty, I have a few that are looking old and worn that may need replacing soon. Such a pretty idea with the doilies, I was wondering how you had them hanging, very creative. The tea cup for your tray is so pretty, and your quilt is just perfect for a February quilt!

  15. Hi Connie, I guess I forgot to comment on this post! I do remember reading it, and thinking how pretty those knobs are! Love your white dresser too! I bought some of those knobs for my paper crafting. A gal I follow on youtube uses them as feet on her cute boxes and little cardboard/paper dressers! they are so pretty.. and sometimes she even uses them on top of a lid she makes. You are so smart and ingenious! Your little tray tea mat is just darling too! xoxo Marilyn
