Romantic Bib Necklaces

My mind is on Valentine’s Day
and I’m in a romantic mood.
When I think of valentines I think
pretty, pretty, pretty.
A couple of months ago I made my first felt rose, and that branched off to rag strip roses, or rolled roses. I think that they totally fit my romantic flare.  Here are two bib necklaces one is pastel; very romantic.  Wouldn’t it look pretty with a lovely spring or summer dress?  I can even see a country bride wearing it.

Now the red one is the total opposite.
It too is romantic but in a much
bolder sense of the word.

If you have not made any of these beautiful flowers try looking on You Tube
and you will find loads of how-to videos
on this subject.
There are so many videos that you might
spend hours looking through them,
but don’t just look, get out some scraps and your glue gun and make some pretty flowers.
When you have a tray full of flowers
start thinking of all the creative possibilities that are laying there before you.
I sewed three red ones on to a navy beret.   Then trimmed it off with a couple green felt leaves and a few pearls.  I love wearing it with my red wool dress coat.
It makes this old gal feel so pretty.

Get out the old button jar, get creative
&
HAVE FUN!

    1. When I check my blog each day; I open it with such anticipation wondering if I have a comment on a post or if I have a brand new follower. I feel like the new kid in a new school. Will the other kids like me? Can I make new friends here? I’m sure this is a normal reaction for hopeful bloggers venturing out into this cyber world for the first time. Thank you for following, Connie
