  1. Connie, Did you paint these????? I love them!! Joyful, fun, colourful, and very very creative. Thanks for your comment. I go through spurts with my guitar and lately I haven't been playing as much so thank you so much for the reminder. Happy Easter. xoxoxo Jen (Jenora Soaps)

    1. Hi Jen, Thank you for the visit. Yes I painted them, it is kind of like your guitar playing, I've not spent the time that I should on painting, but planing on changing that, in the future. I do play my guitar a lot. I love playing at home just to relax, but my dog thinks I'm playing just for him. I also play with a group and do a few solo performances here and there. Music and art are so soothing to the soul, I can not image life without them. Have a wonderful day and enjoy every minute of it . . . we only get one chance at each day. Connie :)

  6. Hi Connie,
Thanks for following my blot. We are travelling back from our Easter break at the moment. I will reply in full later. It's a bit wobbly in the car. Thanks for your detailed comment. If i have spelled anything incorrectly it is because I can't see very clearly. (Screen shake and wobble!!)

    1. Hi Kelly, Boy it sounds like you do a lot of traveling and camping. I think that is so cool. Looking forward to getting to know you, I do hope you decide to follow. I love that you and your hubby have date night. We used to do that, but kind of let it slide by the wayside. I guess we're just getting old and comfy with each other, to the place were we just like sitting home at night in our pajamas watching the TV. Turning into old geezers, that's what our daughter would say. Have a safe trip home. Your new blogging friend, Connie

  7. Hi Connie! Thanks so much for the sweet blog comment and for inviting me over to visit your blog! Loved seeing all of your creativity and the great energy in your work. To answer your question about my daughter's shirt, I am guessing you were referencing her body pajamas with the organs on them? Those were from Old Navy in the boys pajamas section. If you end up getting some, buy them at least two sizes bigger than you think you need...they run super small. My daughter is just turning 4, but the size 5T are almost too small. Take good care and happy creating!!! -Shelly

  16. Welcome to "By Stargoose And Hanglands" (it started as a blog to show my many US cousins a little bit of England and also to explore my roots in rural East Anglia). I really like your paintings especially the piano player. Your pictures of rusty trucks also interest me and the "rocking motor bike" is an inspired and beautiful piece of work - how I would have loved one of those when I was little!

    1. Thanks Cathy, I do love making new blogging friends. It is a much smaller world now, do to the internet. I find blogging to be a much more interesting from of the old, "pen pals", we had in our school years. I find that it is so interesting to see where people live, how they choose to decorate their homes, what great things are coming out of their creative minds, not to mention their kitchens. It's like opening a magazine published by friends. Have a magnificent day, and keep blogging. Connie:)
