I think #1 is my favorite...the true queen! =D
ReplyDeleteHi Shirley . . . this is going to be fun. I'll keep track and let you all know which Queen is truly worthy of the crown and honor.
DeleteHave a lovely day and thanks for stopping by.
I like #1 and #7- can I pick two? :)
ReplyDeleteSweetie pie, can you pick two? . . .of course you can :)
DeleteWell, you are getting consistent responses... #1 and #7 although they are all great!
ReplyDeleteYou certainly brightened up my day with these!
Big hugs from your blog-sis,
Genie
Hi Gennie . . . it is quite a compliment . . . that you have two favorites:)
DeleteThanks so much!
Well, I'm inclined to think if these are queens of love, there can never be too many. Even the imposters are completely heart-filled. Each of your drawings has a fantastic quality that I love, but if I were FORCED to choose, I'd go with #1, or #7? - but I don't wanna choose! I wore my red on Feb 1 based on your post. I felt great. There's no such thing as too much free time when you're creating beauty.
ReplyDeleteHi Melanie . . . you are a sweetheart . . . maybe you should be among the queen of hearts in this contest.
DeleteThanks for your warm comment . . . you put a smile on my face:)
I hope I can pick two because I like #6 and #7. But they're all good.
ReplyDeleteHi Janet, thanks . . . this is really going to be a fun post.
DeleteI always love seeing your lovely face here on my comment page.
You're a sweetie pie :)
I love 5 Connie. The purple and red crown did it for me. Have you heard of the Red Hat Society. These are the opening lines of a poem by Jennie Joseph
ReplyDelete"When I am an old woman I shall wear purple
With a red hat that doesn't go and doesn't suit me"
Patricia x
Hi Patrica, Before I retired I worked as the Activity Director in an assisted living building. I started a chapter of the Red Hat Society for our ladies there. It was so much fun. We had other clubs visit and we had fashion shows, tea parties and game playing get togethers. One day I had over 80 women sitting in our dining room for a fashion show, all were dressed up and wearing their red hats. Looking across the room was so exciting. It looked like a flower garden in bloom:)
DeleteThey are all nice, but numbers 3 and 7 are my faves. I seem to be the only one picking 3, but I think she is great with the heart eye and the cut out crown.
ReplyDeleteI am delighted that you like #3 . . . bless her heart, she needs to be loved, too, LOL
DeleteNumber one has the right hairdo, I pick her!!
ReplyDeleteDorothy
Hi Dorthy, I think #1's hair is pretty regal, too, LOL
DeleteOh my, each one is done so beautifully!!!! I think my favorites are 2, because I love the tiny hearts on her eyelashes, and 5, because of the sharp purple hat.
ReplyDeleteHi Ginny, thanks so much for visiting and voting. You were the first vote for #2. Poor #4 hasn't gotten any votes yet. She's pretty simple, but probably the hardest to do, because I had to keep drawing a little and then turning my journal upside down and drawing again. Not easy trying to get them both the same as possible, LOL.
DeleteI'll be posting the voting results in my next post:)
I truly think they are all amazing. Looking at them again, I am drawn back to #3. It made me "happy sigh" out loud. So, it's #3 for me!
ReplyDeleteHi Tresa . . . Happy Sigh . . . I like that:)
DeleteHi Connie,
ReplyDeleteThey are all oh so very royal, but my favorite would have to be #6...no wait #1...no wait...Can I have two favorites? :-)
Hugs,
❤Ana
Hi Ana, I love that you can not make up your mind, between two of my queens . . . that is quite a compliment:)
DeleteStopped in to say hi, Connie! Your art is so inspiring and makes me smile!
ReplyDeleteFarmhouse hugs,
Cindy
Hi Cindy . . . thanks for your sweet visit. I'm happy that I can make you smile:)

ReplyDeleteI'm delighted to see you and thank so much for your vote and your comment:)
DeleteThey are all equally nice! Great job Connie!
ReplyDeleteHi Beth, thank you . . . how sweet you are:)
DeleteThey are all my favorites! If I absolutely had to choose just one, I might choose #5 ;o) See how I said MIGHT! I am happy that you have time to doodle. I have a heart journal that I rarely have time to play with, but I will get it out and take some photos for you to see on my blog next week. Thank you for inspiring us to doodle!
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie, I am delighted that I inspired you to start journaling again and I can not wait to see your next post :)
DeleteHave fun . . . my creative sister.
Connie :)
My favorite is number three! I also like five, the purple eyes are soo pretty!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly . . . thanks for stopping by and visiting:)
DeleteIt is always wonderful to see your smiling face.
Connie,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you stopped by to visit my blog and leave a comment. I think you can go ahead with the vitamin D, for sure, with no worries. As long as you don't go crazy with it. I have nonstop sinus and ear infections and my doctor told me that when the immune system isn't up to par they dose people with extrememly high levels of vitamin D, for instance people fighting diseases, etc. I started taking 2,000 a day, and she recommended going up to 3,000 or 4,000 when you feel you are starting to come down with something. I HATE taking drugs, so it is a very slow gradual process for me to take anything, and I am super sensitive to meds and supplements. I have had no problem whatsoever. I wish we could both wake up one morning and have the weight gone, feel great, and be able to accomplish miracles. I'll send positive thoughts your way as you support me. I'm so glad to meet you. I'm your newest follower!
Hugs,
Julie
Hi Julie, I am so excited to hear from you and to see that you are following me, too.
DeleteI'm putting you in my prayers. Getting this weight off and feeling better, is what we both have to look forward to. "Less weight, More energy" . . . that is my new motto.
I am going to keep repeating it to myself throughout the day:)
Have a great day . . . I'm on my way to the health food store . . . I will let you know when the vitamin D kicks in :)
Your new blogging sister, Connie :)
I can't choose... They are lovely each and every one of your drawings :).
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Greetings from Sweden
Maria
Hi Maria . . . I am delighted that you like my little drawings :)
DeleteI love them all, but especially #1. She just looks the most queenly.
ReplyDeleteKathy M.
Hi Kathy . . . well #1 is in the lead for being claimed the true Queen but #5 and #7 are very close behind her . . . we'll see. I've never conducted a beauty pageant before, LOL.
DeleteIt is so very good to see you:)
Your blogging sister, Connie :)
Wow oh wow! They are all SO very wonderful!!! No way can I choose one! They're all my favorite!
ReplyDeleteOh, you should run for office . . . you'd make a great politician, LOL.
DeleteI am delighted that you like them . . . .all!
Have a lovely weekend, Connie :)
Hi Connie ...thanks for visiting me and leaving such a sweet comment. I love your drawings. I just started drawing (doodling) myself...I found I really love it,and hope to get better some day...I too love making new blogging friends. Blessings
ReplyDeleteHello Shelley, it is wonderful to get this visit. I know that we have a lot in common. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better through blogging . . . welcome to my blog.
DeleteConnie,
ReplyDeleteWell we can cheer each other on! Best of luck to you. I also just started on a calcium/magnesium pill which I was told sort of works as a "chill pill" so I am really hoping that's the truth! Either way I need the calcium. Let's keep in touch and motivate each other! Thank you for following my blog!!!
Hugs,
Julie
Hi Julie . . . I know that we will become great friends . . . and I think that it is wonderful to have someone to walk through this winter blues weight loss with. Yes, we will cheer each other, all the way to victory!!!
DeleteThat is what I see for us . . . it won't be easy, but nothing worth fighting for ever is :)
Here's to a victorious year :) Connie
No 6 is my favourite, I just love the tutu! You have given me the inspiration to make Pete a valentines card this year. How are you doing with the weight loss? Xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Fran . . . well, I am delighted that I inspired you to make Pete a card. One year I visited the company that Steve works for . . . he was out on the road all day in a company truck and his pick-up truck was parked at the plant. I got inside and decorated the inside with garlands of hearts, set a box of chocolates on the seat, and tied balloons to his radio antenna. Boy, was he surprised . . . he insisted that all the office crew and the drivers come out and look at his truck. I wasn't sure how he would feel about it . . . but it warmed his heart and made a great memory. I do not get that carried away any more . . . but I was younger, then. Now he gets a card and a nice dinner:)
DeleteAs for my weight loss . . . it is on the back burner . . . I am trying to get motivated. What I need is warm earth, sunshine and yard-work to do. Winter has just fueled my eat comfort food and stay inside mood.
Wishing for an early Spring for all of us :)
Your blogging sister, Connie :)
