My Name Is SPRING :)

I thought that I would share some more of my journal pages.
I am in the middle of about three other projects at the moment,
but none are completed.
Do you ever have several projects going at once?
It seems to be the story of my life, LOL.

This is inspired by a friend . . .
I wonder if she will see it and recognize herself?

I hope you enjoyed your visit.
I always enjoy having you stop by.
Please leave a comment, so that I know you were here.

I always say,  "You meet the nicest people in blog-land . . ."

Have a lovely day.

  3. Love your bold and beautiful women. That reminds me I have not sketched in my journal this week. I doing pencil sketches of faces for the year to improve facial features. And I am painting furniture. And I am making torn ribbons. And ... So yes, I have many pots on the stove at all times!

    1. Hi Donna . . . it's fun to have a lot of pots on the stove, right. Then you do not have to stand and watch paint dry . . . instead you just move over to work on another project. I think we have a lot in common.

  10. Connie, your first Spring Diva positively JUMPED OUT from my blog-roll this morning! How lovely she is! Then I scrolled down, reading your post and see your other fab art, I've really enjoyed them, they have brightened the morning for me; it is a little overcast here this Sunday morning, but to be honest we've had some lovely sunny days recently. (Still very cold though!)

Your journalling is great, and is hinting at me to get on and do some more - but I have other things to be getting on with at the moment! Lxx

    1. Hello Lynne, it is so wonderful to get a visit from you . . . I've been following your vacation. From your comment, I'm assuming that you are home now. We, too, are having cold sunny days, but it sure beats the gray cold snowy winter. Spring is just around the corner. I have been walking around the front and back yards and watching my tulips starting to pop their little heads out of the ground . . . just that little thing warms my heart with thoughts of Spring :) Thanks again for your warm and wonderful visit.

  11. Connie,
Your journal pages are delightful! I especially like the Garden fairy, as I LOVE fairies. I also like "It's the blooming that matters." You are very talented, and you should keep drawing, my friend. Happy weekend.

  15. Hi Connie,
I'm so happy to see SPRING! We are in the path of a snow storm predicted tomorrow and I can't tell you how tired I am of it.
I ALWAYS have many projects going at once. Right now trying to get the ripple blanket finished.
I love your artwork. And I especially love the bees you gave Spring! Maybe it's a sign....a sign that spring will be here soon and my bees are healthy and alive!

    1. Hi Cindy, it is wonderful seeing your lovely smile again on my post . . . it has been a cold cold winter. We had snow but not that much, but your temperatures were very cold this year. I'm more than ready for spring. I do hope that your bees are fine and ready to start their seasonal work :)

  16. What fun journal pages! Yes, I know what you mean about always having multiple projects going on at the same time. I can never seem to finish one before I get excited and start another. It can be a little hectic that way, but also fun! I would rather have too many ideas floating around in my head than not enough!
