Your blogging sister, Connie
LOL!!!! Oh yeah....I remember those photo booths, I tried to look sexy....but it didn't work hahahahaha! I will hide in the basement, No candy tonight!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Louise, you put a smile on my face . . . those booths were not the right place for glamor photos :)
DeleteI remember those photo booths. Awful. It is pouring rain here so I imagine there won't be many trick or treaters.
ReplyDeleteHi Beth, our trick or treaters get smaller and smaller every year, but many of your schools have parties that night.
DeleteI still like to pass out candy and see their little costumes and hear the laughter and see fun that they are having :)
Oh those where the days. We used to see how many people we could squeeze into the photo (and into the booth). Happy Halloween.

Hi Ali, thanks for stopping by. I really didn't have must to blog . . . just having a little fun :)
DeleteBonjour, Connie. Thanks for the photobooth time tripping. Laugh. I always loved those things, especially piling inside the booth with waaay too many people. Happy Halloween! I should go out and buy some chocolate bars for me, oops, I mean trick or treaters...
ReplyDeleteHi Melanie, we used to get over a hundred kids, now only around twenty. I couldn't stay out of the candy . . .ate two bags of m & m's and one twix bar (full size). I told Steve to take the rest to work with him, but I noticed that he didn't. So, I put them in the outside frig . . .out of my sight, I hope that works, LOL :)
DeleteHi Connie,
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I remember those photo booths! Tee hee. I'm kind of being non-social tonight. Since I have two little dogs that freak every time the doorbell rings I'm just going to put my candy on a table in front of the doorbell. We'll see if it's all gone from the first visitors!
Hugs,
Kay
Hi Kay, it will be interesting to see if it all disappears with the first kid. That might depend on whether they are accompanied by their parents, LOL
DeleteThen again maybe not :)
LOL, what a fun post. I might have to copy you.
ReplyDeleteI would like to see that . . . have fun :)
DeleteOh, that's too cute, Connie! Happy Halloween! xo
ReplyDeleteHi Karen . . . Happy Halloween to you, too :)
DeleteOh Connie you do make me laugh. Yes those photo booths were the pits, never a good picture but we did have a laugh. Hope you enjoyed Halloween. We don't do much here in the UK but its beginning to become more popular.
ReplyDeletePatricia x
Hi Patricia, I know that these photo booths are still around, but I haven't seen one in many, many years. I did have fun creating my own little strip of pictures. Happy that I could give you a laugh :)
DeleteI did indeed go to those booths as a teenager. We are just finishing up with the door and Phil has gone to Chick Fil A to grab us same dinner. Which will be eaten on the couch in front of the T.V.!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Ginny, thanks for stopping by . . .you are making me hungry talking about food. Guess I need to go make some breakfast :)
DeleteLOVE your sense of humor, Connie!! LOL! I think this was a great posting.......lots of FUN, made me smile! NO trick/treaters tonight here....too windy and wet! Blessings~~~Roxie
ReplyDeleteHi Roxie, I do hope my silly photos put a smile on your face . . .they were fun to make :)
DeleteDear Connie,
ReplyDeleteI do remember doing this with friends..but heaven knows where the photos are now. we used to have fun doing it, when those photo booths came out. such a great post.. Made me smile ... happy 1st november.. hugs val x x x x
Hi Val, Happy November to you too. I am delighted that I could make you smile :)
DeletePhoto booths are popular in our area at weddings, proms, school parties, etc. I don't think I ever used one as a child - too cheap to spend the money.
ReplyDeleteI have heard that they are big in California. I think having one at a wedding would be cute touch :)
Deleteyour pics are so funny but I love the last one with the hat. I crochet some but would rather knit itty bitty teeny things for 1" scale. Unfortunately my eyes are not liking it lately. I taught myself how to crochet from a book, you will do fine....
ReplyDeleteHello Jane, Thank you for the encouragement . . . I'll just keep plugging along with the crocheting, I am having fun :)
DeleteHa ha that made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteThey say laughter is good medicine :)
