Reading all of the get well wishes from my last post, just warmed my heart.
I have made so many lovely friends through blogging and I love you all :)
Well, I'm feeling much better and I have finished my second granddaughter's quilt.
Now, all I have to do is get them wrapped and mailed.
I think that this one turned out so pretty . . .
I know she will love it,
and I gained so much pleasure in making it for her.
This was the first quilt I made using my "Saw Horse Quilting Frame".
It worked wonderfully well.
So, if any of you are thinking about copying my idea . . . please do :)
It will save you a lot of money.
I also wanted to show you this . . .
in case any of you are looking for gift ideas.
I made this pot holder for my sister-in-law.
This is her grandma and her grandma's sugar cookie recipe,
used each Christmas for many years.
Gifts do not have to be expensive . . .
the best gifts are gifts from the heart.
Thank you all again,
for being such dear sweet friends.
Your blogging sister, Connie :)
