Saturday in Waterville, Washington~Part #2

Today I'm posting photos that I took at the
booths of the Rustique Divas
in Waterville, Washington last Saturday.

I love keys, so I really thought these necklaces were a neat idea.
I love it when something ordinary becomes pretty :)
Check out the lamp shade, too.

I love this chair.

Painted books.

Wind chimes

Look at this long lace banner
and that baby buggy.
I had a doll baby buggy like that when I was a little girl.
My Dear Aunt Jean was always giving me
 hand-me-downs from her daughter.
They were the best hand-me-downs ever!
Thank you Aunt Jean:)

This was a sign on one of the booths.
Very creative, right!

Okay, these are adorable . . .
I'll be making some of these:)
They are like a corsage for your cowboy boots.
Very girly and pretty :)

Notice the fabric on this apron . . .

I will end my post with this vintage table cloth.

I hope that you enjoyed the tour.

That some of the items inspired you
either to get out and enjoy a Saturday Market,
or to try your hand at starting a new project.

Thanks for visiting
and please leave a comment.

Keep Smiling!

Your blogging sister,
Connie :)

    1. Hi Val, I like those cowgirl boot corsages too. My friend and I were making some this morning. She made some for one of her daughters and granddaughters. I made three and gave one to my little niece. She wears cowgirl boots all the time :)

  4. Oh gosh...now I know what to do with a couple of pallets I have in the basement. Paint them like a flag, and use for decoration in the backyard. Lots of neat ideas!!

    1. If you paint your pallets you will have to show us :) I saw one once that was painted with different colored stripes and polka dots and used by the back door to hold shoes. The toes where stuck into the slats and the shoes where held there in a very cute way.

  8. Fun! The key necklaces are cute. That lampshade with the pink roses is adorable. I've never seen any like that. And, those painted (really?) books are so pretty! I love the pale blue ones. Looks like you had a good time and saw a lot of great stuff!

    1. Those stacks of painted books would look so pretty in just about any room. We all have experienced rearranging a room and having a spot that just needs some little something to finish it off . . . I'm going to remember those painted books :)

    1. Kathy, I hate to say this, but I didn't buy a thing. It would have been nice, but we are putting all of our extra money into our little cottage country home. It is a fixer upper and we want to have as much fixed this first year before winter set in as possible :) Then we can get back to a more normal way of spending. Right now it's fences, up-dated electric, graveling driveways, putting in new windows, counter tops, paint, plumbing etc.

    1. Picking up inspiration . . . it would have to be something very special for me to buy right now, because we have so much that needs doing on our new place, that it is taking up all of our spare money. Whoa! "Spare Money" sounds like an oxymoron these days, LOL.

  16. Wow! So many ideas in only one post! I'm wondering how the boot corsages would do in our rainy fall in Brittany, but I really love the idea!
