Celebrating these most important days.
The day my Dear Savior
took all the sins of the
world upon His shoulders.
We are all sinners
and come short of
the glory of God.
Hallelujah!
From birth to the cross
our Savior did the will of
the Father.
He knew the pain that
He would endure to
SAVE US
but He surrendered to the Father
and because of what He did
on Friday at the cross . . .
We can all claim the glorious
title of being a child of God.
If you have never accepted
Christ as your personal Savior
just know that He is waiting
for you . . . no one will ever
Love you as He does.
He made coming to Him
as simple as saying your ABC's.
A - Admit that you are a sinner
(we all are, you're not alone)
B - Believe that Jesus died on the cross
and rose again as a payment
for your sins.
C - Confess and Choose to allow
God to be in charge of your life.
Call on the wonderful name of
Jesus Christ, Lord of all.
It's that simple . . .
but the key is believing.
Going through these steps without
a heart that is sincere,
is just wasting your breath.
He knows our hearts!
Hallelujah, the grave did not hole Him,
on the third day "Easter Sunday"
He rose from that grave and is
seated with God in heaven.
Not only that, but if you choose
to be His child, He is also preparing
a heavenly home for you as well.
Wishing you all a very lovely Easter.
God bless you.
Your blogging sister,
Connie :)
What a lovely blog post Connie. You painted the perfect picture of our Lord and Saviour. Thank you for that. We went to the Good Friday service at church tonight. It was such a wonderful time of introspection, reflection, scripture reading, hymn singing and Holy Communion. I was touched as though I have never been before. I think I definintely needed this tonight. i am not worthy of His love and salvation but I am oh, so grateful that I have it. May God blessing you this Holy weekend as we look forward to Sunday and the celebration of His resurrection.
